Page Updated: January 22, 2019
Mission Statement
"The mission of the Northern Lehigh School District community is to create a challenging and supportive environment dedicated to meeting the diverse educational needs of all learners."

Achievement & Growth

Professional Development Goal
Offer differentiated professional development based on the needs of each professional and support staff employee group. Professional development should be responsive to participant need, purposeful, and ongoing. Participants will be provided an opportunity for reflection and feedback.

Culture & Climate
Every student will be able to identify a “go to” staff member with whom they can problem solve, report concerns, confide in, and receive support/feedback.

Instructional Technology Goal
Implementation of a device for all students and faculty with a take home model, where appropriate, to enhance communications, collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

District Operations
The Northern Lehigh School District will provide high quality teaching and learning environments and offer cost effective services to all stakeholders.

SMART Goals
These district level goals, if approved, will drive building level and administrative goals written in the SMART Goal model. This means they will be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
